Do you have a minimum order amount?

No. You can order as little or as much as you like. A standard courier fee of R110 will be added each of your orders.

How long does it take for a package to arrive?

You can expect to receive your order within five (5) to ten (14) working days after payment verification.  Kindly contact us immediately, should you experience delays in the delivery of your parcel.  We will assist with the status of your order.

Which payment options am I offered with, to make payment towards my order?

Loka makes use of PayFast services. You can also pay via 'Zapper' or 'Snapscan', should your bank account / card allow for you to make use of these platforms.  

We also offer a three-month, equal, interest-free payments option through PayJustNow. Please feel free to visit www.payjustnow.com for more information regarding this payment option.

Where will I find a garment size guide?

Loka provides a general size guide under the 'HOME' link displayed in the main menu.  Keep in mind that our garments, products and items are all handmade and measurements may vary from time to time. Loka aim provide the size guide per relative item, where and when possible.

How much does delivery cost and how long will my parcel take to reach me?

We have a fixed courier rate of R110 per package / order.  

Loka's online store uses the reliable and efficient services of 'The Courier Guy', which offers door-to-door delivery services. Kindly note that these services are ONLY valid in South Africa and will take approximately 5 to 14 working days (depending on the delivery area).

Loka takes no responsibility for the delay in courier services (including delay due to disturbances), theft or damaged parcels. Clients should submit and follow up themselves, on inquiries and claims surrounding the damages / loss as a result of the aforementioned while under the respsonsibility of the 'The Courier Guy'.

Orders above R5 000 will be delivered free of charge.

 Is it possible for me to exchange or return my Loka purchases?

We want to make sure that you are satisfied with the new LOKA garments, products or items that you have purchased.

If your new Loka product does not fit of look perfectly, you are welcome to contact us and make arrangements to:
-  exchanging the product.
-  an online voucher for the same value as the product being returned.

Note that due to limited quantities, the exchange for the same item(s) in a different size cannot be guaranteed.

Goods exchanged or refunded (with online vouchers) are ONLY accepted in the following instances:

  1. The purchaser has notified LOKA in writing of any defects, queries and / or issues within 48 hours of delivery, by sending us an email to info@lokaboutique.co.za

  2. Item must be returned to Loka Head Office within seven (7) working days from the date you receival. (Courier account for the consumer). Post office deliveries not available. All returned packages remain the customer's responsibility until received by LOKA.

  3. No products purchased on sale, will be exchanged or replaced by LOKA.

  4. Item(s) should be returned in original packaging and condition as issued to the consumer - including initial attached tags.

  5. The original LOKA packaging slip must accompany the returned package.

  6. Kindly note that garments damaged as a result of "wear & tear" (or has already been washed), will NOT be accepted for repair, replacement or refund purposes.
